What Actually worked For Me...

My self Amit Dixit ,an engineering graduate ,stammerer from my childhood. i was very depressed with my voice, very lonesome and self centred. When i was in my B Tech 3rd year,i had taken Homeopathy medicines for three months but i was not benefited .Than i had taken a therapy name as ACUPUNCTURE ,in which about 70 pins were pined every day in my throat, in my chest ,in my legs and palm and some other places. After that pulsation by current for one hour given daily.BUT ..not benefited .
After that i went to a speech therapy center,i have taken therapy for 20 days there. That was a good experience for me.When i was leaving centre , i was very confident with my slow speed voice.but i failed to follow all instructions given by speech therapist.I was searching for job.It was very difficult to use those techniques in public,in interviews.i Again caught by stammering.i was benefited by therapy but relapsing was occured again and again. Then i felt that therapy is good but something is missing. Now i understood that,..that is ACCEPTANCE.Without Acceptance that therapy was not properly working for me.
Now i want to disclose what actually worked for me.That is ACCEPTANCE,which i got accidently .I worked in a telecom company ,in which i was site engineer.Every day i was going outside ,talked people, stammered a lot.I talked to my juniors and seniors at phone. In starting i felt a lot of difficulties but after some time i realizes, that my fear from public, reduced to a great extent .Now i was confident and talkative to people. Now i was not hesitating if i stammered, and people also cooperated.
Now stammering was not an issue for me.But i wanted to be more fluent.so i discovered a definite way of book reading and  also used speech therapy which I have taken.I am still using book reading and speech therapy. Now I am quite comfortable with my voice.I am specifying three main point which worked….

1)Acceptance.
2)Book reading in a specific  way.
 3)Using some voice exsercises.
